OBJECTIVE:  Pneumatic control has been increasingly adopted by industry to improve productivity of manufacturing processes.  This short training and assessment -based course aims to introduce delegates to the essential features of Pneumatic Systems and give an appreciation of Pneumatic Control and its applications in industry.  This will be done using hands-on training to include assignments on industrial scale pneumatic equipment.

• Air Preparation (Filters, Regulators and Lubricators)
• Cylinders (Single and Double Acting)
• Valve Port Identification
• Circuit Layout and Diagrams

• Cylinder Speed Control
• Pneumatic Timers, Delay and Impulse
• Multi-Cylinder Circuits
• Locked-On Signals
• Compressed Air Safety

Delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance and Competence from HETA upon successful completion of the course.
