OBJECTIVE: This course gives an introduction to
English Law, including Common, Civil, Statute and European Law.
It continues with an overview of current work-related
legislation, understanding legal responsibilities, management of
Health & Safety and the role of Enforcement Agencies.

- Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER)
- Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations

- Display Screen Equipment Regulations 1992 (VDUs)
