C & G 2382-20 Level 3 Certificate in the Requirements for Electrical Installations (BS7671:2008 16th to 17th Edition Update) - IEE Wiring Regulations

DURATION: 1 Day

OBJECTIVE:  To provide the delegate with knowledge of the regulations.

This course is primarily aimed at practicing electricians with a working knowledge of the 16th Edition of the BS7671 and who have already achieved a qualification addressing BS7671 (a list of these qualifications can be found at the bottom of this webpage).  It is intended to ensure that they are conversant with the format, content and application of the current edition of the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2008 (17th Edition).

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates wishing to enrol on this course MUST provide the original certificate issued to them (for one of the qualifications listed below) confirming competency/understanding of the BS7671.  Failure to provide a valid certificate will result in delegates having to re-sit the full course.

  • Part 5 - Selection and Erection of Equipment
  • Part 6 - Inspection and Testing
  • Part 7 - Special Installations or Locations
  • City & Guilds On-Line Examination

Candidates must have one of the following qualifications to be allowed entry onto this course:

  • City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:June 2001 (2381)
  • City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology Installation (Building & Structures) (2330-07)
  • City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnology Electrical Maintenance (2330-08)
  • City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Installation Part 2 (2360 - from 1st January 2004 onwards only)

**10% discount on block bookings of a maximum 8 delegates on site at HETA.
15% discount on block bookings of a maximum 8 delegates on site at Company. An additional travel & subsistence charge will be made to cover cost.
