Popular with electrical engineers, and perfect for anyone looking to learn introductory level Mechanical Maintenance, this 5-day practical workshop training course covers the initial inspection, diagnosis, and application stages of Mechanical Maintenance.

Course details

Course Objectives:

Upon successful completion of this course, you or your staff will be competent in inspecting, diagnosing, and performing maintenance on Bearings, Transmissions Units, and Belt Drives. Also, you will have a practical grounding to take some responsibility for initial diagnosis and maintenance of mechanical equipment.

 

Course Outline:

  • Identification and Application of Bearings
  • Inspection and Fault-Finding Techniques
  • Application of Transmissions Units with Chain and Belt Drives.
  • Practical Application of Conveyor Systems
  • Mechanical Practical Exercises
  • Basic Maintenance Techniques

 

Our Basic Mechanical Maintenance course is unique to HETA and has recently been EAL approved. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of verified achievement, recognising the demonstration of competenence in basic mechanical maintenance.
