What is Electrical Engineering?
Becoming an electrical engineer offers the opportunity to enjoy high earning potential, a steady work schedule, and excellent progression opportunities while working in a relatively clean environment.
As an Electrical Engineer, you would be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems for buildings, transport systems and power distribution networks. Upon completion of your apprenticeship these skills will help you establish a rewarding career in a range of industries such as construction, transport, energy, building services, and manufacturing.
We also offer an instrumentation programme. Instrumentation engineering focuses on the design, development, installation and maintenance of instruments used in various industries to measure, control and automate processes. These instruments could range from sensors and transmitters to control valves and analytic devices. Instrumentation engineers play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability and efficiency of industrial processes across sectors such as manufacturing, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals and more! They utilise their skills and knowledge to optimise performance and enhance safety in industrial settings.
