Course overview

Only suitable for experienced and practising electricians, familiar with electrical systems and hazards of electricity, this C&G course will provide you with a practical and theoretical understanding of the Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment.

Course details

Course Objectives:

During this 3-day course, you will gain an understanding of the practical disciplines, safety and formal recording process involved with in-service inspection and testing (often referred to as PAT Testing). Upon successful completion of the course, you will be competent in ensuring a circuit is working correctly and safe for use before being energised.

City & Guilds Employer Services support businesses with all aspects of skills development and training. On completion of the course, delegates will receive the industry recognised level 3 City & Guilds accreditation for In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment.
