Apprentice Awards Night

We are excited to announce the launch of HETA’s first-ever Apprentice Awards Night, a special evening dedicated to recognising and celebrating the outstanding achievements of your apprentices. This event will honour the hard work, dedication, and successes of individuals who are shaping the future of engineering.

Event Details:

The event will take place on Thursday 3rd April at the Country Park Inn and will include a 2 course meal followed by the Award Ceremony.

Invites for the evening:

The winning Learner for each category will be invited to the ceremony alongside 2 family guests and 2 Employer representatives.

Who is Eligible:

Employers can nominate any learner who are currently undertaking their apprenticeship / HN programme or have completed their End-Point Assessment (EPA) within the last six months. Whether your apprentice has demonstrated exceptional technical skills, innovation, teamwork, or resilience, this is a fantastic opportunity to highlight their achievements and celebrate their contributions to your business!

As a not-for-profit charity, our goal is to make the Apprentice Awards Night a free and inclusive event for learners, parents, and mentors, ensuring everyone can join us in celebrating these incredible achievements.

To support this initiative, we are offering employers the opportunity to sponsor an award category.

Please note, however, that employers cannot sponsor an award in which they are nominating their own apprentice, to maintain fairness and transparency.
