HETA and Wilberforce College Launch Strategic Alliance to Inspire Future Engineers
Last night, HETA and Wilberforce College came together to host a joint Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) session, welcoming potential applicants eager to explore a future in engineering. The event marked the first major activity under a new strategic alliance agreement between the two institutions – a bold partnership set to create multiple pathways into engineering careers and Higher Education for young people across the region.
This innovative collaboration gives young people a clear roadmap – from classroom to career – by combining practical, industry-led training through HETA with academic progression routes delivered by Wilberforce College. This dual approach ensures that learners have real choices, real support, and real opportunities in an evolving and vital sector.
